Painters Toronto: Painting a Terminal Up in the Sky? Sure, No Problem!

When the two painting companies decided to partner up for a large-scale commercial job, the ultimate challenge was presented – painting ski terminals hundreds of feet above ground.
Seeking a change, “Whistler Blackcomb Mountain”, one of British Columbia’s largest ski resorts, asked both painting companies to repaint their ski lifts and terminals. The resort’s terminals to be repainted pushed vertical limits, and required the manpower of both painting contractors.
Combining their forty-plus years of experience, Vancouver’s Best Painters and Painters Painting Toronto first chose colours that wold compliment the breathtaking view of one of the most famous mountains in Canada.
Access to each lift was challenging, as canisters of paint had to be lifted, and equipment had to be used in inconsistent weather conditions. Each painting contractor’s trek up the steep mountain incline at times proved adventurous. However, it was feasible for these two painting contracting companies – after all, Vancouver’s Best Painters and Painters Painting Toronto both pride themselves on achieving results through hard work!
To break through the tremendous height challenges, the painting contractors would hang off rope ladders precariously, swinging over ski lift terminals and lift support structures. It was a daunting task, one that each painter did safely, carefully and delicately.
The project took approximately six months to complete, and over 38 lifts were painted by Vancouver’s Best Painters and Painters Painting Toronto. Currently, the repainted terminals have an inviting look, as seen by each skier and snowboarder riding Whistler Blackcomb Mountain’s steep slopes.
